How do I participate?
Joining is easy! Just click “Join Keyomi’s Rewards Tab” then the Create An Account button to get started. Once you’re registered with our store, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn Reward Points!
How can I earn points?
You can earn points by participating in any of our innovative promotions! Simply click on the ‘Earn Points’ tab to view and take part in our current opportunities. In addition, make sure to check back often, as we’re adding great new ways for you to earn points all the time!
What can I redeem my points for?
Glad you asked! We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points. Just visit the “Keyomi’s Rewards” tab on our website; click and open to view all of our exciting reward options in the Rewards Section or the option to “Spend Your Points”. You will see all of the rewards that you offer in your loyalty program. When they hover over each reward, they will see each reward that they are currently eligible to redeem.
How do I redeem my points?
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn’t be easier! Simply visit the “Keyomi’s Rewards’ tab to view all of our great reward options Once you have decided which reward you want to use, then you will click on the “Redeem” button to redeem your reward. The system will generate a coupon code for them to use, which will be displayed on the screen for your customers. The code will also be sent to their email as well. If you still need more points for a reward, the option will be grayed out and it will show you how many points needed to earn before you can redeem for that reward.
How do I check my points balance?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the popup after you click Keyomi’s Rewards tab.
How does the referral program work?
You can refer your friends by sending them a link via Facebook, Twitter, or email. The referring customer will receive a set amount of points and the referred customer will get a discount as an incentive to make that purchase.
The referring customer will sign into their account and then click on the points tab to open the loyalty program pop-up. Then they will click “Earn More Points”.
In the Earn Points section, you will see the different ways to earn points in our store. You will then click “Customer Referral”.
This will open the referral page with your unique referral URL. This is the URL that the referred customers will need so that they can get the referral discount code. There will also be Facebook, Twitter, and an email icon so it’s easier to share your referral URL through these outlets.
Once a friend goes to the unique URL, it will bring the rewards pop-up automatically. When the pop-up loads, it will ask them to enter their email address for the discount code.
Once they have entered their email address, the email goes through a verification process to be verified as a new customer, as a verified new customer they will get a discount code.
If your customer gets the following error message; (Sorry, You cannot be referred because you already have an account on our store) they may already have an account.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the “Earn Points” tab to get started.
Do I have to enroll or register in an individual promotion?
Once you register for an account, you’re all set – we don’t require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we’ll post the points to your account immediately!
How long will it take for points to post to my account?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!
Do my points expire?
Nope! Your points will never expire.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let’s take an example: let’s say you had previously spent $50 towards a “spend $100, earn 500 points” promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that $20 item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it’s just like you hadn’t bought the item in the first place.

I’m very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?
We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the “Keyomi’s Rewards” tab. If you still need more points for a reward, the option will be grayed out and it will show you how many points needed to earn before you can redeem for that reward.
What if I don’t want to receive promotional emails?
From time to time, you’ll receive program-related emails from us. If you’d prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the “Unsubscribe” button when you receive your next email.
